Packages & Pricing

  • Domain Registration - We can register you a .com or .net domain for around $16 per year or an Australian .com.au or .net.au domain for $55 per two years. We also offer many other domain extensions.
  • Building your website - Usually a one off fee to design, develop and publish your website.
  • Hosting your website - Usually an annual fee to make your web site available to all internet users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We recommend our Business Standard Web Hosting plan at only $239 per year which would suit most business websites. Please contact us if you need help or advice when choosing a hosting plan.

Your website can be up and running in as little as a few weeks from receipt of your information and go-ahead, you simply need to provide us with text, high resolution images, and an indication of how you would like the site structured. So please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need a quote for your specific requirements.

Please use the below packages and pricing as a guide only. Each business is unique and in most cases require specific requirements, we can create a custom solution to suit the needs of your business. All pricing is Australia dollars (AUD).

Standard Business Website Package $3490 (+GST)

Our standard business package includes the following features:

  • Joomla or Wordpress CMS installation & configuration
  • 1 design concept (logo design not included, see below)
  • Major search engine submission
  • Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools installed for detailed website traffic analysis
  • Up to 6 single column pages with 1 image per page (you can add as many pages as you need; images to be supplied)
  • Frontpage slideshow (images to be supplied)
  • 1 category setup (for example 'News' or 'Blog', you can add as many as you need)
  • Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
  • 1 Contact Email Submission Form
  • Google Map
  • Site Search Engine
  • 2 rounds authors corrections
  • 2 hours on-site training (Darwin region only, other areas via email)

Advanced Business Website Package $3990 (+GST)

Our advanced business package includes the following features:

  • Joomla or Wordpress CMS installation & configuration

  • Up to 15 web single column pages with 3 images per page (you can add as many pages as you need; images to be supplied)

  • Up to 5 categories setup (for example: 'News', 'Blog', 'Resources' etc, you can add as many as you need)
  • Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
  • Up to 5 contact email submission forms
  • 1 Deditacted Form (up to 20 form fields)

  • 3 rounds authors corrections
  • 2 hours on-site training (Darwin region only, other areas via email)

Additional Work & Components

Unplanned components, revisions and project scope can sometimes happen. When there is an unexpected or requested addition to design or programming that will incur a cost, we will notify you ahead of time and will not commence the job unless we receive clear approval to proceed.

Our standard hourly rate is $110 per hour, invoiced on a 14 day account. However, additional projects and/or modifications will be offered on a fixed price basis if preferred.

Prices above do not include stock photography or 3rd party Joomla components, if special components are required we will let you know of additional pricing in advance before proceeding.

Logo Design

If you're on a tight budget we can include at no charge a basic logotype (suitable font), but if you're after a high quality custom logo we highly recommend using a dedicated logo designer. We can provide contact details to an extemely talented and qualified graphic designer who specialises in such. The logo design package offered is $400 and includes three concepts and first revision, additional revisions are charged at $80 per hour. We can handle everything on your behalf as part of a package or you can deal with directly which we highly recommend.

Terms and Conditions

  • An invoice will be issued for 50% of quoted price to being the project, once your website is approved to 'go live' we will require final payment in full, your website will be kept on our staging server until payment received. Once final payment has been received, the website design ownership is transferred to you.
  • In the event of orders being cancelled or suspended, we require written confirmation and payment in full for the portion of work completed and material used to date.
  • All digitised imagery, logos and basic text to be supplied by the client or purchased separately.
  • Please note that although we do what we can to have websites render correctly on all possible devices, we do not support web browsers older than Internet Explorer 9 such as Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8. These browsers are extremely outdated and simply struggle to run the modern responsive (mobile friendly) technologies. As of Feb 2015 IE8 usage was down wordwide to just 1.2%.

Turn-around

Once the template design is approved, a full website proof would be available approximately 2 to 3 weeks later. On receipt of final approval and payment, your site will become live. Please contact us if you require an urgent turnaround on any jobs.

Before your website goes live we will undertake a quality assurance review to ensure all information and programming systems are accurate. We will then setup your email addresses, finalise the administrator details and supply you with all your username and password access information. We can also assist in the transfer of your existing Domain Name DNS to point to your new website. This process can take up to 48 hours to complete.

Ongoing Maintenance

*Joomla Extension updates performed for all free extensions and valid paid extensions only (or active paid subscriptions).

**Client will be required to advise when an update should be performed and ideally monitor Joomla security advisory notifications.

Important: All updates are incremental relative to the Joomla version in use, for example if using the Joomla 3 series you will be updated 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 etc. Another series may be declared an upgrade rather than an update, for example moving to Joomla 3 series from Joomla 1.5 is considered an upgrade, this involes a lot more work so a quote will be provided. An example of a complete series of updates is Joomla 1.5.0 right through to 1.5.26.

We provide technical support to website clients at reasonable rates. We respond to requests and make changes to client websites in a timely manner, 7 days a week.
